Coming up on 3 years of this... addressing that Monday. There are many ways to measure success and failure, and with this feeling a bit like the beginning of the end we'll need to go back back back back to the original intentions if we're gonna do a proper reflection.

Rafa Returns, Renovations Resume
Yeah, so Rafa is back for a little while... and in his second day in the 'house he did more to improve the place than Fred & I have managed in the year+ that he's been gone. We've got plans for lotsa fixin' over the next couple weeks, to prepare for the Secoond Summer crowd. And also just because we are very broken and need a lot of fixin'.
